Deliver work and collect assets without the account friction
VaultFerry puts expiring share links — password-protected on paid plans, white-label on the Business plan — in front of the cloud storage your agency already pays for. Clients click a link to download a deliverable — or upload their raw assets — without signing up for anything.

The problem
- Every gigabyte of client deliverables you push through a transfer service is bandwidth you're paying for twice — once to your cloud, once to the tool.
- Asking a client to create yet another account just to send you their footage kills momentum on a brief.
- Off-the-shelf transfer links carry someone else's brand into the moment your client opens your deliverable.
- Chasing a client for the source files they promised means another email thread and another deadline slip.
How VaultFerry helps
Clients upload with no account
Send a file-request link and your client drops their assets straight into your own bucket from the browser — no sign-up, no app, no login. On paid plans the link can require a password, and it expires when you say it does.
Your brand on every page
On the Business plan, download and upload pages carry your logo and accent color, so the client sees your agency, not ours. The bytes go directly between your bucket and the client either way.
No second copy, no surprise egress
Files travel directly between your cloud storage and the client. We never store a second copy, so you keep one bill — your cloud provider's — instead of paying a transfer tool on top.
Receipts so you can stop chasing
Paid plans show when a deliverable was downloaded and when a requested upload landed, so you know a hand-off is complete without sending a follow-up.
Frequently asked questions
- Do clients need an account to send us files?
- No. You send a file-request link and the client uploads directly into your own bucket from the browser — no account, no app. You can set an expiry on the link and, on paid plans, require a password.
- Can the download and upload pages show our branding?
- Yes — on the Business plan, your logo and accent color appear on the public pages, and there's no "powered by" badge. The file bytes still move directly between your bucket and the client.
- Will we pay egress fees twice?
- No. Because files move directly between your own cloud storage and the recipient, you only ever see your cloud provider's bill. We never make a second copy of your files.
- How big a file can a client download or upload?
- On downloads there's no cap we impose — the limit is whatever object your own bucket holds, and on paid plans a large download can resume within a bounded session window if the connection drops, so it doesn't restart the whole file. Uploads have a per-file size limit that scales with your plan — up to 100 MB on Free, 2 GB on Pro, and 10 GB on Business.
- Can we control how long a delivery link stays live?
- Yes. Every link has an expiry — up to 24 hours on Free, up to 30 days on Pro, and up to 90 days on Business — and you can revoke any link from the dashboard at any time.
